- FORMULARIO DE INSCRIPCIÓN: se puede comprar en COOPERADORA ¡¡Debe estar COMPLETO al momento de la matriculación!!
- DOCUMENTACIÓN REQUERIDA:
- PARTIDA DE NACIMIENTO (original y copia) Si es de otro País debe estar APOSTILLADA.
- DNI DEL ESTUDIANTE (original y copia)
- DNI ADULTO/S RESPONSABLE/S (original y copia)
- CONSTANCIA DE PASE EN TRÁMITE (de la escuela anterior) INFORME SAE (si cambia el plan de estudio)
- Certificado de vacunas y/o Libreta Sanitaria (original y copia)
- 3 fotos carnet
